About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert support to clients on location data using proprietary tools
- Perform data manipulation tasks and resolve discrepancies according to established guidelines and best practices
- Provide customer-facing services that increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Deliver audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables, meeting agreed SLAs and personal targets
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide seamless client support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field
- Detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy and client success
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed processes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in data manipulation and audit processes is a plus
- Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
- Proficient in AI utilisation is a major plus
