About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day delivery on an active client engagement
  • Capture meeting notes and track action items, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare status updates
  • Prepare for and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Maintain accurate project boards and communicate progress to technical and client stakeholders
  • Assist with requirements gathering by drafting user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, resourcing views, and executive-ready client updates
  • Research emerging technologies and best practices relevant to the project
  • Apply academic knowledge in a professional technology consulting setting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related business or applied-consulting field
  • Foundational understanding of agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban) and the role of a business analyst or project coordinator on a technology team
  • Comfort with collaboration and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Passion for technology consulting and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work full-time for the duration of the 8-week summer program (6/7-7/30) in a hybrid model based out of Nashville or Richmond
