About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering full-cycle accounting and tax services
Prepare VAT returns, Corporate Income Tax returns, and financial statements
Maintain records compliant with Greek accounting standards and tax regulations
Support external audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with audit teams
Build advisory relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
Identify and improve inefficient or slow processes
Review junior associates' work and help bring them up to speed
Serve as a senior point of contact for complex tax and accounting questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of accounting experience, ideally in an accounting firm
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Class B Accountant License (Άδεια Λογιστή Β' Τάξης) - required
Class A Accountant License is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with VAT returns, Corporate Income Tax returns, and financial statements
Strong accounting software and Excel skills
Familiarity with Epsilon Net is a plus
Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Judgment to flag problems early and bring solutions
