About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Collaborate with senior team members, clients, and target business management teams
  • Collect financial information and manage diligence request lists
  • Perform margin assessments, trend analysis, price volume analysis, cash proofs, and key data reconciliations
  • Participate in management discussions and correspondence
  • Prepare Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, and other key deal analyses
  • Write reports and support delivery of findings to clients
  • Cultivate key client relationships through advisory work
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members
  • Support capital raising, restructuring, and traditional sell-side investment banking transactions and strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance with strong academic performance
  • 2–3 years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work in front of a computer screen for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
  • Some travel may be required to client sites during engagements
