Stake pipelines and right-of-ways
Perform topographic surveys and x-sectioning
Work in the field most of the time and frequently report to a main office
Provide land surveying services for well locations, roads, pipelines, evaporation ponds, compressor sites and related facilities
Prepare or support field maps, APD documents, access permits, stream crossing applications, floodplain studies, structural designs, and design plans and specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

UINTAH is looking for a Crew Chief or Land Surveyor to RELOCATE
WE ARE UNABLE TO PURSUE CANDIDATES THAT WOULD REQUIRE U.S. VISA SPONSORSHIP AT THIS TIME.
Pre-employment and random drug testing is required
All applicants must have a valid driver's license with an MVR that meets the company's requirements.
Junior Crew Chief / Party Chief / Surveyor: minimum of 6-12 months of experience as a Survey Assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Crew Chief / Party Chief / Surveyor: minimum of 2 years' experience with Trimble GPS Surveying Products, boundary staking, stake corners, stake well locations, etc.
Experience in Cadastral Surveying, Oil & Gas and Construction Staking
Candidate must be able to reliably commute or willing to relocate to Vernal, Utah, with an employer-provided relocation package
