About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Undertake on-demand and pre-booked video interpreting assignments
- Deliver high quality BSL/English interpreting services to all clients
- Work with corporate clients in the private and public sectors and individual Deaf clients
- Report to the Head Interpreter and Operations Team
- Maintain CPD
- Abide by the NRCPD code of conduct
- Work flexibly within the video interpreting team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be UK residents
- Must have permission to work in the UK by the start of employment
- Required to hold or undertake a DBS check
- NRCPD registration
- RSLI status
- Enhanced DBS
- Willingness to maintain CPD
- Willingness to abide by NRCPD code of conduct
- Ability to work flexibly within the video interpreting team
