About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to engineers
  • Act as an assistant construction project team leader and manager
  • Coordinate, execute, and manage assigned engineering projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of related experience in municipal or CDOT construction inspection required
  • DOT, ACI, or related certifications for Asphalt and/or Concrete preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook
  • Ability to learn additional software packages as required
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Commitment to quality and integrity
  • Willingness to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and assume increasing responsibilities
  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently and with a project team
  • Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture
