About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete detailed civil design solutions with the project engineer
- Apply industry design standards on development projects

- Communicate and interact with clients to meet their needs
- Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
- Support land development, design, and construction of BESS projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or technical degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience to a civil engineering technician role
- 3-4+ years of experience in design of large land development projects required
- Demonstrated proficiency and working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D required
- Proficient at large scale site grading design, additions to existing civil designs, and earthwork calculations required
- Proven experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communications skills
- Must be analytical and self-motivated
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
- Relevant military experience considered
