About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the evolution of the SAP SD module (S/4HANA), ensuring the proper functioning of commercial and sales processes
- Gather and understand requirements with business teams, proposing solutions aligned with SAP best practices
- Support the management and execution of requests, enhancements, and projects related to sales, billing, and customer service processes
- Participate in implementation, process improvement, and optimization initiatives, from specification through post-go-live monitoring
- Work collaboratively with vendors, AMS providers, and internal IT and business teams to ensure delivery quality
- Support the execution of governance controls and practices applicable to the processes under your responsibility
- Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives, as well as the adoption of standard SAP and SAP Fiori solutions
- Analyze incidents and problems, proposing corrective and preventive actions for continuous process improvement
- Support the integration of commercial processes with logistics, tax, finance, and customer service teams
- Ensure that solutions comply with the tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements applicable to billing processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience with SAP SD in an SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environment
- Knowledge of Sales Order Management
- Knowledge of Billing
- Knowledge of Shipping and Delivery processes
- Knowledge of Pricing and Commercial Conditions
- Knowledge of Commercial Contracts and Sales Agreements
- Knowledge of Returns and After-Sales Processes
- Knowledge of partner determination, deliveries, and transportation
- Experience in systems support and handling business requests
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, functional specification development, and testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams
- Strong organization and task-prioritization skills
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Proactive identification of improvement opportunities
- Preferred: experience with SAP implementation, enhancement, or rollout projects
- Preferred: knowledge of SAP SD integrations with MM, FI, AA, and CO
- Preferred: knowledge of electronic invoicing and tax integrations
- Preferred: familiarity with SAP Fiori
- Preferred: knowledge of governance and internal controls, including SOX
- Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies and demand management tools
- Preferred: SAP SD certification
- Preferred: participation in SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- Preferred: experience in medium-sized or large companies
- Preferred: knowledge of tax messaging, electronic documents, and tax compliance
- Preferred: experience with pricing, commercial contract management, and billing automation
- Preferred: experience in distribution, logistics, warehousing, or terminals
- Preferred: experience handling high billing volumes and integrations with satellite systems
- Preferred: knowledge of Brazilian tax processes related to the issuance of electronic tax documents
