Coordinate the program’s deployment and cutover plan
Lead status meetings, stand-ups, and action-item tracking
Manage risks, impediments, dependencies, and escalations
Ensure alignment among technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
Track schedules, deliverables, and critical milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects
Experience with Agile/Scrum and delivery coordination
Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage activities, risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies simultaneously
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project/workstream management
Advanced or fluent English
