About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and provision SAP landscapes and tenants
- Support customer onboarding, including environment configuration and setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, configuration, and environment-related issues
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical incidents by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks for engineering teams
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Support deployment automation and release management processes
- Support platform operations across the SAP Procurement ecosystem
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with global engineering teams across Brazil, India, and the United States
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
- Experience working in cloud-based SAP environments
- Knowledge of provisioning, tenant setup, and SAP landscape management
- Hands-on experience with Git
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with deployment automation and source code management
- Previous software development experience, with an interest in DevOps and Platform Engineering
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging skills
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical incidents
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Availability to support teams operating during US business hours
- Advanced or fluent English; fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong professional communication skills when working with teams in Brazil, India, and the United States
