About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Globally administer SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring uninterrupted operations
- Manage service requests and changes using defined SLAs and KPIs
- Perform configurations, system settings, and local adaptations as needed
- Conduct system testing, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting
- Provide functional support and ongoing user training
- Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and maintain relevant certifications
- Ensure compliance, system integrity, and an excellent user experience
- Analyze business requirements related to HR and HCM processes
- Prepare and maintain project and process documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Strong knowledge of HCM and Employee Central
- Experience with HR processes and user/client administration
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Availability to work in the European time zone
