About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ask personalized questions to convert transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations
  • Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking, and developing referral networks
  • Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities
  • Learn and perform transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation according to industry and legal standards
  • Build customer relationships and recommend and sell financial products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
  • Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
  • Ability to meet daily key performance metrics
  • Ability to manage a cash drawer and complete bank documentation according to industry and legal standards
