About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple processing units in Corporate Trust Transfer Agency and support Corporate Trust Administration
Provide guidance and direction to Team Managers to ensure daily processing is completed with high quality and timeliness
Monitor procedures and controls to reduce risk and ensure adherence to laws and regulations
Serve as a resource for department associates and business partners on industry and system expertise
Stay current with industry advances and develop strategic plans and proposals
Manage multiple securities processing units and oversee daily processing controls
Help ensure staff have appropriate tools, information, and training
Conduct development activities for associates and team managers, including reviews of Performance Objectives and Individual Development Plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least ten (10) years of experience in managing a Trust operations or Securities processing environment
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Seven (7) years of Corporate Trust experience (bonus point)
Bachelor’s degree in business related field and 5 years Corporate Trust experience (bonus point)
