About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver expert work in the Business Management Expertise team with high quality and timeliness
- Analyze problems, recommend options, and implement improvements in methods, tools, or data flows
- Collaborate with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and share knowledge
- Mentor less experienced colleagues, review deliverables, and elevate team standards
- Drive Operational Excellence using quality principles, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement practices
- Lead important and complex improvement projects across departments and areas to deliver tangible business improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or similar
- 5 years of experience in an operational role in an industrial environment
- 2 years of experience in project management
- 2 years of experience in operational excellence or relevant activities (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English communication
- Ability to work in Nysa or Hoboken
- Willingness to travel for business from time to time
