About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and manage the creation and updating of master data for materials, customers, vendors, bank details, cost centers, and profit centers.
- Analyze and validate processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards established locally by the Umicore Group in Brazil.
- Manage processes within the Master Data function, including Material Master and Business Partner data.
- Govern and consolidate Master Data activities across Umicore Group companies.
- Participate in projects by structuring, monitoring, and implementing each stage, with a focus on Master Data.
- Implement process and tool improvements for the Master Data function.
- Perform analyses and reconciliations between reports and databases.
- Support group companies on matters related to the master data of materials, vendors, and customers.
- Use tools to create, modify, and add/extend Business Partners (BP) and materials (MM module).
- Prepare internal reports and KPIs.
- Perform mass creation and change operations, as well as data uploads.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Technical knowledge of master data creation and maintenance processes in SAP.
- Technical knowledge of master data management tools on the SAP platform.
- Tax knowledge and experience with an integrated SAP system are considered a plus.
