About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and manage the creation and updating of master data for materials, customers, suppliers, bank details, cost centers, and profit centers
- Analyze and validate processes and procedures to ensure compliance with local legal standards applicable to the Umicore Brazil Group
- Manage Master Data processes, including Material Master and Business Partner data
- Govern and consolidate Master Data activities across Umicore Group companies
- Structure, monitor, and implement project phases focused on Master Data
- Implement process and tool improvements for the Master Data function
- Perform analyses and reconciliations between reports and databases
- Support Group companies with master data information for materials, suppliers, and customers
- Execute tools for creating, modifying, and extending Business Partners and materials in the MM module
- Prepare internal reports and KPIs
- Execute mass operations and data loads, including creations and changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- Knowledge of master data registration processes in SAP
- Knowledge of master data management tools on the SAP platform
- Tax knowledge is a plus
- Experience with integrated SAP systems is a plus
