About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex improvement projects across departments and business areas to deliver tangible business improvements
- Drive identification of improvement opportunities with relevant area management
- Manage Green Belt / Black Belt development training throughout the BCM organization
- Manage a Black Belt community across the BCM organization, including best practices and benchmarking
- Support management in Operational Excellence practices, including project charters and performance review meetings
- Manage the BCM Operational Excellence process, policy, and framework
- Manage and assure compliance with BCM quality requirements under the IATF standard
- Manage the BCM Operational Excellence roadmap through systematic maturity assessments and support area roadmaps
- Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues in Operational Excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or similar
- 5 years of experience in an operational role in an industrial environment
- 2 years of experience in project management
- 2 years of experience in operational excellence or relevant activities (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English communication
- Ability to work in Nysa or Hoboken
- Willingness to travel for business from time to time
