About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support departmental branches in implementing the BREF program
  • Organize volunteer involvement in the third interview in coordination with departmental branches and hospital services
  • Coordinate indicator reporting and action tracking as part of regional reporting
  • Contribute to organizing regional training sessions with the BREF regional training center
  • Ensure the quality of partnerships between operational centers and departmental branches
  • Contribute to the management and ongoing evaluation of the BREF model at the national level, in collaboration with the Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for the Training and Family Support divisions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the BREF model, in collaboration with Unafam’s national coordination team and CLAP
  • Work closely with the Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for the Training and Family Support divisions and counterparts in other regions
  • Attend regional and national meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum two-year post-secondary qualification (BTS or equivalent)
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate a network and work as part of a team
  • Self-sufficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of the nonprofit, social care, or healthcare sectors is an asset
