About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead resourcing across accounts, campaigns, retainers, and fast-turnaround reactive social-first work
- Track team availability, spot bottlenecks early, and source freelance support when internal capacity is full
- Maintain agency software, currently Float and Asana, as the single source of truth for team availability, workload, and upcoming demand
- Partner with Client Services, Project Management, and team leads to forecast upcoming projects, account growth, and new business needs
- Refine workflows, balance workloads, and protect team wellbeing with Client Services and Project Managers
- Ensure the right people are on the right work at the right time
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in agency resource management, traffic, or creative operations
- Practical experience with resource and project management software (Float, Forecast, Monday.com, Asana)
- Strong negotiation skills to set clear boundaries while delivering creative solutions
- Ability to balance quick-turnaround requests alongside complex, long-term project roadmaps
