About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage directly with enterprise clients
- Lead discovery sessions to map workflows and uncover business challenges
- Distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs
- Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform
- Write detailed specifications and define prompt and context structures
- Own complete solution design
- Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target
- Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope
- Represent enterprise operators and domain experts
- Collaborate with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns
- Manage several engagements simultaneously
- Manage approximately 30–40% active client management, including stakeholder alignment, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts
- Serve as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through final deployment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles
- Proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products
- Fluent in French for connecting with users and stakeholders in France
- Fluent in English for daily collaboration across international teams
- Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators
- Ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery
- Ability to navigate competing priorities and shifting requirements or compressed timelines
- Ability to define AI solution functionality from raw business problems and write precise specifications
- Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines
- Experience managing evolving requirements and documenting strategic tradeoffs
- Direct exposure to building with LLMs, including prompt structures, context and output constraints, agentic systems, or model uncertainty
- Experience with a shipped product or working prototype involving AI solutions
- Strong written communication, systems thinking, and high attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multi-faceted projects
