About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide detailed product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently
- Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating information
- Identify the root cause of customer complaints, select the best solution, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction
- Suggest additional products and services based on customer needs and questions
- Collect and analyze customer information to prepare reports and recommend improvements to management
- Maintain financial accounts by processing necessary customer adjustments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish (Required)
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Must be a fast learner
- Strong communication skills
