About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and enhance Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes, contributing to the strengthening of the Unicred System’s operational resilience.
- Map and update Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), identifying critical processes and their technological, operational, and third-party dependencies.
- Develop and update Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans (BCP, DRP, and other plans) in collaboration with business units and Information Technology.
- Plan, conduct, and monitor business continuity tests and exercises, evaluating recovery strategies, recovery timeframes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify risks and vulnerabilities related to the continuity of critical services, monitor action plans, and contribute to the continuous improvement of BCM methodologies and practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Risk Management, technology infrastructure, or disaster recovery processes.
- Knowledge of business continuity methodologies, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
- Knowledge of banking regulations, Brazil’s National Financial System, and cooperative-sector regulations.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts, critical systems, service availability, and technology recovery strategies.
- Strong critical-thinking, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business units.
