About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support for the Employee Support area for the Credit Products system
Handle tickets related to requests and incidents, applying workarounds for known errors
Answer questions and provide guidance to clients
Route tickets and respond within SLA deadlines
Create and update the Knowledge Base
Escalate critical situations to Level 2 Support (N2)
Create low-complexity scripts for database adjustments
Maintain contact with employees of the Cooperatives
Participate in or propose automation initiatives to increase productivity and enable proactive support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or ongoing higher education
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of technical support
Knowledge of SQL, Grafana, and log analysis
Knowledge of ticket management and SLA management tools
