About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct structured studies of the credit portfolios of cooperatives, evaluating performance, delinquency, accuracy, regions, segments, and other attributes
Conduct capacity, productivity, workforce sizing, SLA, and growth projection studies
Analyze underwriting desk accuracy, opportunities, the performance of renegotiations and restructurings, rework, and policy exceptions
Support credit analysis, formalization, and operations teams by providing data, metrics, and analyses
Lead initiatives to improve data processing and usage, providing intelligence to support management
Provide technical support in the development and updating of internal standards, manuals, and policies related to the credit cycle
Monitor the flow of requests throughout the credit cycle, identifying opportunities to improve quality and response times
Track market trends, industry delinquency, and economic indicators relevant to the business
Actively participate in the development and implementation of improvements to credit processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Governance, and/or Strategic Management
Advanced Excel skills for developing and analyzing complex spreadsheets, advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and automations
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and statistical tools for data extraction, processing, and analysis
Knowledge of Databricks and ServiceNow for information retrieval, integration, and management
Knowledge of credit processes, activity automation, and data project management focused on operational efficiency
