About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Continuously optimize and improve the operations processes at Unicred Corretora, with a focus on policy renewals and after-sales services
  • Analyze and negotiate insurance renewals
  • Obtain quotes, negotiate, and place insurance policies through the relevant systems
  • Work across multiple lines of insurance
  • Handle service routines for cooperatives and cooperative members
  • Execute operational routines and ensure their quality
  • Analyze performance indicators, databases, and operational workflows, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support automation and optimization projects for operational activities
  • Serve as an interface between business partners, cooperatives, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with SUSEP regulatory deadlines for operational response SLAs, in accordance with the agreements between the parties
  • Deliver training and upskilling sessions for the team on insurance processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and departmental performance indicators
  • Monitor, on a daily basis, renewal procedures related to differentiated risks within the centralized process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree
  • Experience in financial institutions and/or insurance companies and brokerages
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with the insurance management systems used in operations, especially for policy renewal and after-sales routines
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and their respective value chains
