Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop dashboards and reports independently, applying data visualization best practices
  • Consolidate and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Conduct exploratory analyses, diagnostics, and moderately complex analyses
  • Identify relevant patterns, trends, and correlations in people management metrics
  • Propose process improvements based on evidence and structured analyses
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, generating insights to support adjustments
  • Ensure governance and quality of the data used in analyses
  • Help promote an analytical culture within the People Management team
  • Actively participate in People Analytics projects, contributing analytical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Completed postgraduate degree in Data Science or Statistics
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Intermediate SQL proficiency
  • Intermediate Python proficiency
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling
  • Basic knowledge of Machine Learning
  • Advanced data visualization skills
