About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop dashboards and reports using the analytical tools adopted by Unicred and conduct ad hoc data analyses to support decision-making
  • Automate, generate, and prepare reports, supporting internal teams in developing operational and performance indicators
  • Monitor the performance, stability, and currency of reports managed by the Business Intelligence team
  • Validate data between transactional systems and BI data
  • Promote a data-driven culture, contributing to data-informed decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for writing queries, extracting information from databases, and analyzing and modeling datasets for dashboards
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of descriptive analysis, probability, inference, bootstrapping, hypothesis testing, regression, modeling, and quantitative methods
  • Ability to model and abstract relational data structures
  • Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Word in the Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Experience developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
