About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support collection activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes, reducing delinquency, and delivering a positive customer experience
  • Conduct proactive and reactive customer contact by phone, email, WhatsApp, and other service channels
  • Negotiate outstanding debts, proposing payment solutions in accordance with company policies
  • Issue payment slips, follow up on payment promises, and monitor negotiations
  • Update customer account information and record interactions in internal systems
  • Track credit recovery and delinquency indicators
  • Support the execution of collection workflows and credit recovery campaigns
  • Refer specific cases to other departments when necessary
  • Help identify opportunities to improve collection processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, company policies, and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
  • Act ethically, courteously, and with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required; college education in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Processes, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in collections, customer service, or negotiation is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Comfortable using systems and customer service tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization, discipline, and attention to detail
