About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform administrative analyses and maintain administrative controls
  • Manage and follow up on emails, tickets, and requests from internal and external clients
  • Develop and monitor spreadsheet-based controls, tracking deadlines, demands, and administrative processes
  • Support management in identifying opportunities to improve and optimize processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in administrative activities and supplier negotiations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP formulas, PivotTables, data cleansing, and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
