About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and monitor fleet-related indicators, including fuel consumption, telematics, fines, accidents, and maintenance;
  • Support the customer on all fleet-related matters, acting as the primary point of contact;
  • Liaise with internal departments to address customer requests;
  • Manage service agreements;
  • Prepare operational reports and performance indicators;
  • Ensure the availability of the leased fleet;
  • Lead negotiations and obtain quotations from suppliers;
  • Analyze and approve mechanical services, as well as the purchase of parts and tires;
  • Control and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, including fleet history;
  • Assess damage, accessory, and bodywork/painting service checklists;
  • Perform technical analyses of oils, lubricants, and tire performance;
  • Handle administrative processes and operational controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a university degree;
  • Knowledge of diesel mechanical parts and services for trucks and off-road/construction equipment;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
