About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and monitor fleet-related indicators, including fuel consumption, telematics, fines, accidents, and maintenance
  • Support the client on all fleet-related matters, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Liaise with internal teams to address client requests
  • Manage service contracts
  • Prepare operational reports and performance indicators
  • Ensure the availability of the leased fleet
  • Conduct negotiations and obtain quotes from suppliers
  • Analyze and approve mechanical services, parts purchases, and tire purchases
  • Control and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, including fleet history
  • Assess damage, accessory, and bodywork and paint service checklists
  • Perform technical analyses of oils, lubricants, and tire performance
  • Handle administrative processes and operational control

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a university degree
  • Experience analyzing performance indicators, metrics, and KPIs
  • Ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for business improvement
  • Knowledge of preparing, monitoring, and analyzing management reports
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Power BI is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Class B driver's license
  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile
