About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing and evolving the pricing integrations squad
- Connect business and technology to ensure continuous delivery, operational stability, and value generation for revenue and profitability
- Prioritize and manage the backlog with the Business Owner (BO), aligned with pricing and business strategies
- Translate requirements into clear, feasible user stories for the technical team
- Act as the interface between pricing, business, technology, and integrated partners
- Lead the squad’s Agile ceremonies and track delivery progress
- Remove impediments and ensure predictability, quality, and execution pace
- Monitor application support, incidents, and integration stability
- Validate deliverables with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business rules
- Monitor performance indicators, SLAs, and revenue impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience working with Agile squads and backlog management
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and support of business-critical systems
- Knowledge of pricing, revenue management, or tariff engines
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong ability to connect business and technology
- Hands-on profile, with close follow-up of execution and impediments
- Strong execution skills, sense of urgency, and results orientation
- Analytical mindset and focus on business metrics
- Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Proactive, assertive, and problem-solving-oriented profile
