About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct support to the Commercial team as a member of the Legal department
- Draft, review, and negotiate highly complex commercial agreements, amendments, termination agreements, notices, legal opinions, and other legal documents
- Provide advisory support to the Commercial team by identifying risks and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives
- Analyze corporate documents and instruments of authority, ensuring the legitimacy of the parties and the proper execution of documents
- Assess contractual risks and civil liability related to the company’s operations
- Participate in negotiations with internal and external clients, contributing strategically to decision-making
- Draft legal opinions and guidance on matters related to the supported business area
- Support the development and review of internal policies and legal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Civil Liability
- Experience providing legal advice to business areas, particularly Commercial teams
- Experience analyzing corporate documents and powers of attorney/authority
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests and competing priorities
- Experience in rental, mobility, automotive, or services companies is a plus
- Knowledge of the Elaw system is a plus
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools used in corporate environments is a plus
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
