About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map and select repair shops for network accreditation
- Assess technical capabilities, facilities, and certifications
- Maintain adequate regional coverage
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as repair lead time, rework rate, customer satisfaction (NPS), and average repair cost
- Conduct on-site and/or remote audits
- Ensure compliance with technical and operational standards
- Validate repair processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed
- Category B driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience working in repair shops is a plus
