About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and support the performance of indicators developed by the department
  • Request the development and review of Technical Standards aligned with best practices in care delivery and current regulations
  • Support the process of incorporating new healthcare procedures and technologies in accordance with the ANS Procedure List
  • Assist in defining registration parameters and developing Technical Audit Criteria (CTA) for materials
  • Collaborate on financial and care-impact studies by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data
  • Support the evaluation of mutually exclusive procedures and items
  • Assist in updating registered items by verifying ANS rules and guidelines, procedures not covered by the Procedure List, comparisons between Technical Standards and DUTs, TUSS nomenclature, and the ANS Procedure List
  • Support comparative analyses of Technical Standards and clinical policies from other institutions and healthcare providers
  • Provide technical support to the team of medical advisors and other departments involved in strategic projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to healthcare management and quality of care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Active registration with COREN
  • Knowledge of the regulations issued by the National Agency for Supplementary Health (ANS), as well as the nomenclature, tables, and rules used in the supplementary healthcare sector, including TUSS and other applicable references
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Auditing, Healthcare Management, Regulation, Quality, or a related field (a plus)
  • Knowledge of supplementary healthcare, health technology assessment (HTA), or auditing (a plus)
  • Experience analyzing care-related data and healthcare indicators (a plus)
  • Previous experience in nursing care delivery (a plus)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (a plus)
