About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise reception, patient services, and patient journey processes at NOS.
- Manage and develop the Patient Services team and Patient Services Lead through feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
- Prepare schedules and monitor vacations, days off, time balances, and coverage.
- Monitor performance indicators and results, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compassionate, patient-centered service; address concerns and support complex situations involving patients and their companions.
- Participate in recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, and conflict mediation.
- Support audits, accreditation, quality initiatives, and compliance with institutional policies.
- Serve as a liaison between the team, institutional leadership, and outsourced service providers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Postgraduate studies in progress.
- Experience managing hospital and outpatient oncology service processes.
- Knowledge of patient care workflows and the patient journey.
- Experience in people management, leadership, and team development.
- Ability to develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators.
