About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure GHEs, risks, and their characteristics based on environmental assessments (checklists)
- Configure occupational medical examinations in accordance with internal medical protocols and Regulatory Standards
- Register the physicians and technical professionals responsible for Occupational Health programs and link them to companies
- Prepare programs and reports for review and signature by the safety technician or engineer
- Support the implementation of new clients
- Respond to daily client inquiries through the SOU Client Portal (Maestro), in accordance with the SLA
- Handle internal requests related to service provided through the accredited provider network
- Register job positions, departments, and GHEs for client companies and link employees to applicable risks and examinations
- Provide ongoing support for GHE, risk, and examination configurations
- Correct occupational risk configurations for the generation or reprocessing of S-2240 events in eSocial
- Clarify questions, resolve issues, and provide clients with technical guidance
- Organize and participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Update and organize spreadsheets and departmental tracking records
- Assist clients with formatting and maintaining data for control reports and dashboards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or ongoing studies in Occupational Safety Technology
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience interpreting technical site visit checklists
- Experience configuring GHEs, risks and their classifications, measurements, and examinations in the SOC system
- Knowledge of the Brazilian Ministry of Labor’s Regulatory Standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A university degree, completed or in progress, is a plus
