About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute structured financial transactions.
  • Model and assess the financial feasibility of funding transactions.
  • Identify and negotiate credit facilities with financial institutions and investors.
  • Compare cost, term, and collateral alternatives, recommending the optimal structure.
  • Manage the portfolio of short- and long-term financial investments.
  • Analyze products, rates, risks, and liquidity to maximize returns while maintaining security.
  • Ensure compliance with the investment policy, the company’s risk profile, and ANS regulations.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, fintechs, and capital markets participants.
  • Prepare and update short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow projections.
  • Monitor inflows and outflows, anticipating funding requirements.
  • Monitor variances and propose corrective actions aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Support the monthly financial close and audits, ensuring financial reconciliation.
  • Generate decision-making insights using data analysis tools.
  • Lead process improvement and automation projects.
  • Support the development of other analysts and serve as a point of contact.
  • Oversee, manage, and drive the continuous improvement of the team’s activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in fundraising, investments, cash management, and banking relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Preferred: experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of ANS regulations.
  • Preferred: experience with receivables anticipation and FIDC structuring.
  • Preferred: experience with SAP FI and SAP TRM.
  • Preferred: experience using artificial intelligence and applying it to daily activities.
