About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage ongoing accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and post invoices and invoice attachments in SAP SD
- Process and monitor payment transactions
- Communicate with domestic and international customers in English as the working language
- Provide cover for accounts payable activities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Ensure smooth team operations during vacation and other absences
- Contribute to monthly closing and budgeting processes in the medium term
- Gradually assume responsibility and continue developing professionally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed commercial or business administration training
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Structured, independent, and precise approach to work
- Openness to innovative technologies
- Willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in daily work
