About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently advise and support sales leaders for Customer & Market Austria on questions across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Support career development and performance-related matters
  • Coordinate sensitive or more complex cases with the relevant experts
  • Manage People processes such as onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding
  • Support salary adjustments
  • Ensure the quality and reliable execution of People processes
  • Contribute to talent, performance, workforce, and transformation initiatives within the Group People Team
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the standardization, automation, and continuous development of People processes
  • Use AI to further develop People processes
  • Work closely with Strategic People Business Partners and People experts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in operational People/HR work, People Business Partnering, or a comparable generalist role
  • Experience in a corporate environment, ideally in the financial sector
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good knowledge of operational People processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Solid understanding of employment law
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or comparable People systems
  • Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI-supported People processes
  • Strong consulting and communication skills
  • Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach to work
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally with sales teams
  • Confident and trustworthy handling of sensitive matters
  • Very good German and English skills
