Key responsibilities & impact

Exceed customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding suitable products, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales
Meet and exceed sales goals
Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness
Manage customer needs using UNIQLO service standards and Fundamental Principles
Maintain fitting room standards and assist customers as needed
Act as cashier by following cashier protocol
Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor in full size runs
Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions
Assist with special projects assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED or 6 months retail or related experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to calculate figure and amounts such as discounts and percentages
Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom by repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Average 12 or more hours per week based on business seasonality
Must be available for at least 2 weeknights from 4:00 PM -11:00 PM and available all day on Saturday and Sunday
Must be available to work restricted holiday dates: November 20–22, November 27, and December 18–26, 2026
