About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data, market research, and partner insights
  • Build business cases and guide investment decisions
  • Structure and negotiate complex deals and partnerships
  • Own relationships with Uniswap’s largest and most strategic partners
  • Align partners on shared goals and drive growth from launch through expansion
  • Work with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs and market opportunities into product requirements and roadmap priorities
  • Drive cross-functional execution across integrations and launches
  • Resolve blockers and measure results through adoption and protocol volume

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, product management, or related growth roles in crypto, fintech, payments, or similar
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience evaluating opportunities, negotiating agreements, and growing complex partner relationships
  • Comfort with technical products and working with product and engineering teams to evaluate integrations, define requirements, and make tradeoffs
  • Clear communication and ability to build trust with partners and colleagues
  • Ability to take ownership of ambiguous initiatives without a detailed playbook
  • Strong interest in DeFi and onchain markets
  • Direct experience with trading, liquidity, or financial infrastructure is a plus
  • Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm is nice to have
  • Technical experience working on crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software is nice to have
  • Deep integration with DeFi ecosystem partners and trading protocols is nice to have
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
