About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult clients on becoming data-driven by assessing data and machine learning maturity, identifying data-driven use cases, and defining implementation roadmaps
Understand clients’ data-related challenges and technology and business questions
Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and IT architects on data-based solutions and machine learning use cases
Advise on data governance, model governance, MLOps, and analytics centers of excellence
Co-develop the growth strategy and concepts for new data and AI consulting offerings with the Head of Data & AI Consulting
Contribute to business development through industry conferences, workshops, and client sales meetings
Support white papers and industry thought leadership on data science and AI topics
Drive the lifecycle from business development through project implementation and client relationship building
Help scale the consulting practice

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of work experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business and technology, or equivalent experience in a corporate environment
Experience advising clients on advanced analytics, machine learning, data platforms, and cloud
Ability to identify and prioritize business challenges and provide innovative, relevant solutions
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences
Fluency in English and German
