About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Data & AI engagements end-to-end, including client relationships, delivery outcomes and team performance
- Work with clients to define objectives, scope, priorities and practical roadmaps
- Shape technical architectures and remain hands-on in implementation
- Ensure high engineering quality
- Lead and manage teams by providing direction and feedback
- Identify and shape new opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to pre-sales and new client engagements
- Lead complex technical engagements, coordinate multiple workstreams and support senior engineers or broader client responsibilities as needed
- Deliver solutions across GenAI and agents, AI engineering, modern data platforms, cloud, software engineering and production ML
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of relevant experience, with significant ownership of technical projects or client engagements
- Strong engineering background
- Comfortable designing, implementing, reviewing and debugging production systems
- Deep expertise in at least one area such as GenAI / AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud & Data Platforms or ML / Data Science
- Ability to work across disciplines
- Strong problem decomposition and system design skills
- Ability to move from a business problem to requirements, architecture, technical trade-offs and an executable delivery plan
- Experience leading engineers or teams and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes
- Effective communication with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable contributing to proposals and account growth
- Experience in consulting or another client-facing services environment is a strong plus
- Application must be submitted in English
