About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Visit an average of 5-10 dealerships
  • Sign new dealerships
  • Grow application count with existing dealerships and capture approved contracts
  • Review deals with dealer partners and structure or restructure them to fit the program
  • Consult and partner with F&I Managers to maximize dealership profitability through UAC product sales
  • Work closely with assigned Credit Analyst and Funder to ensure loan approvals and fast funding
  • Collaborate with Dealer Compliance team to resolve issues within the assigned market
  • Build and maintain dealer relationships
  • Follow up on approved loan applications
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to dealer customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years of previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience in auto finance sales and underwriting or dealership experience
  • Sub-prime auto finance experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication across multiple channels
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Comfort drafting professional emails and navigating internal systems, including CRM systems
  • Familiarity with common office applications such as Word or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work Saturdays as needed in the field
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle daily and travel within an assigned territory, typically within a 60-mile radius
  • Ability to regularly drive between dealer locations, walk dealership floors, and stand during presentations and client meetings
