About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Visit an average of 5-10 dealerships
  • Sign new dealerships and grow application counts with existing dealerships
  • Capture approved contracts
  • Review deals with dealer partners and structure or restructure them to fit the program
  • Act as a consultant and partner to F&I Managers to maximize dealership profitability through UAC products
  • Collaborate with assigned Credit Analyst and Funder to secure loan approvals and fast funding
  • Work with the Dealer Compliance team to resolve market issues
  • Build and maintain dealer relationships
  • Follow up on approved loan applications
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to dealer customers
  • Travel between dealer locations, walk dealership floors, and conduct in-person presentations and client meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years of previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience in Auto Finance sales and underwriting or dealership experience
  • Sub-prime auto finance experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication across multiple channels
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Comfortable drafting professional emails and navigating internal systems, including CRM systems
  • Familiarity with common office applications such as Word or Google Workspace
  • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed in the field
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle daily within an assigned territory
