About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support one or more applications or systems as a senior application analyst
- Serve as a subject matter expert on application workflows, content, and functionality
- Oversee the application team with support from the application leader
- Participate in project implementation stages including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Work the primary day shift
- Work 40 scheduled hours per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma and four (4) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience
- Five (5) years' experience as an Epic Certified Analyst
- Experienced in all stages of project implementation, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support
- Current Epic certification for Epic roles
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or equivalent certification preferred
