About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and drive practical AI upskilling across client-facing and enablement teams
- Integrate AI capability into onboarding and ongoing development
- Identify opportunities to remove whole workflow steps or fundamentally reimagine work
- Partner with client teams and enablement functions to implement changes
- Identify, prioritise and deliver automation using existing AI tools
- Evaluate new AI tools based on their value
- Redesign roles, responsibilities, judgement and ways of working as AI assumes more work
- Design team and role changes as workflows move onto Weaver
- Implement safe, compliant and ethical AI policies and guardrails covering data privacy and client confidentiality
- Build and ship smaller AI tools and prototypes
- Partner with Product and Engineering on shared integrations, scaling and production support
- Manage the AI tooling estate, platforms and vendor relationships
- Work with enterprise IT on infrastructure and security
- Establish KPIs for adoption, automation impact and ROI
- Report progress jointly to the Chief People Officer and Chief AI Officer
- Report jointly to the Chief People Officer and Chief AI Officer while working with the Performance & Development Lead, Partners and Functional Leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Actively build with the latest AI tools and provide examples of what you have built
- Senior operator with a track record of delivering AI and automation adoption at an organisational level
- Genuine interest in ways of working, role design and how people do their jobs
- Comfortable building prototypes, scripts and workflows
- Able to determine when to involve Product and Engineering for shared integrations or production-grade builds
- Comfortable building the operational muscle of a function from scratch and prioritising effectively
- Confident training and influencing Partners and Functional Leaders directly
- Pragmatic approach to implementing AI guardrails without adding bureaucracy
- Excellent communicator able to make AI capability accessible to non-technical audiences
- Must be able to work in person 3–4 days per week in London
