About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and deliver internal strategic and operational projects from planning through execution
Track firm-wide initiatives with the COO and other leaders
Identify dependencies and proactively manage risks and blockers
Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and communication materials
Coordinate with Finance, People, Tech, and Client Delivery functions
Support continuous improvement across business systems, knowledge tools, and operational governance
Drive efficiencies and automation using technology and AI tools where feasible
Coordinate and document internal operating rhythms, including standups, steering groups, and retrospectives
Support leadership with strategic planning cycles and key internal deliverables
Support or lead external client-facing engagements over time
Contribute to building a high-performing operations function that scales with the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable experience in operations, business management, or project delivery, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes at pace
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Ability to work independently and escalate where needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to synthesise complex information clearly
Collaborative, low-ego approach to working across teams and levels
Comfortable using Notion, Asana, Miro, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides
Familiarity with agile methodologies, OKRs, or similar performance frameworks is a plus
Interest in a fast-scaling, AI-enabled professional services environment
Experience in client-facing roles or willingness to develop into one is nice to have
Exposure to internal consulting, senior stakeholders, or business transformation projects is nice to have
Experience working in or with high-growth organisations or start-up/scale-up environments is nice to have
Experience working with private equity is nice to have
